1. Student Eligibility

To use StayMitra as a contributor, you must be a currently enrolled student at a recognized institution in Hyderabad. Account verification requires a valid Institutional ID.

2. Reward Eligibility (You Review, You Get Reward)

To qualify for monthly rewards, your review must include:
  • Truthful information about the stay (PG/Hostel).
  • At least one clear photo of the premises.
  • A detailed comment helpful to other students.

StayMitra reserves the right to withhold rewards if a review is found to be spam, fake, or incentivized by stay owners.

3. Privacy of Student ID

We respect your privacy. Your Student ID number and Institutional Email are strictly used for internal verification. This data is never visible to the public, owners, or other students.

4. Content Policy

Users are responsible for the content they post. Abusive language, defamation without proof, or uploading unrelated images will lead to permanent account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

StayMitra is a transparency platform. While we verify students, we do not guarantee the current condition of any stay. Students are advised to visit the location personally before making payments.
